If you cancel on the day of your reservation, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee (including cancellations without prior notice), 80% if you cancel the day before, 50% if you cancel two days before, and 20% if you cancel seven days before.

There is one building. Pet dogs (medium-sized dogs, up to two) are allowed to stay.

Sorry, we would appreciate it if you would refrain from doing so.

We provide an indoor cage, two food plates, a toilet tray (with sheet), wet wipes, deodorizing spray, sticky cleaner, a dedicated trash can, and a foot towel.

It is about 30 minutes away by car.

Both dinner and breakfast will be delivered to your room at the time of your choice.

Please use the wooden deck of each building for dinner (BBQ).

Two meals (dinner and breakfast) are included, and drinks etc. are prepared in each building, so we generally ask that you refrain from bringing in your own food.

In case of rain, please enjoy your meal indoors.

You can use the cooking equipment provided in your room.

We offer an anniversary plan that includes a whole cake (size 4) and a bouquet for an additional fee.

The supermarket is about 15 minutes away by car.

There are many restaurants, including cafes and soba restaurants, within a 10-minute drive.

There are facilities where you can experience cheese making, sausage making, interacting with animals, pottery making, and more.

Zao Town National Health Insurance Zao Hospital is about a 20-minute drive away.

There is a bus stop called “Togatta Onsen.”

*A direct bus runs from both Shiroishi-Zao Station and Sendai Station to Togatta Onsen.

It is about 45 minutes by bus or 25 minutes by taxi from Shiroishi-Zao Station on the Tohoku-Hokkaido Shinkansen.

There is one parking space next to each building. If you have multiple cars, you can use the parking lot in front of the administration building.

Due to the risk of snowfall and frozen roads, we recommend that guests visiting between late November and late April use snow tires or snow chains.

*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any slip-and-fall accidents that occur on the road or within the facility grounds.
